Dear AHV Neighbors,
Please refer to our previous announcement, AHVA Bulletin No. 2026-0804, regarding the Proposed Amendments to the Association’s Bylaws, for submission in compliance with DHSUD Department Circular No. 2024-018.
Kindly be advised of the following updated details regarding the distribution of referendum materials and the revised voting schedule:
BALLOT AND MATERIAL DISTRIBUTION & PICKUP:
Copies of the proposed amendments, together with the official Referendum ballots will be distributed house-to-house. Completely filled-out ballots may be picked by our roving guards. Please call the admin office at 8850-8254 or 0906-0232089 as soon as its available.
REVISED VOTING PERIOD & SUBMISSION:
Members are requested to accomplish their ballots and drop them at the Administration Office between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Monday to Sunday). Please note that the new deadline for dropping off completed ballots is on the 30th of October, 2026.
All other details regarding the proposed amendments remain unchanged. Your active participation is vital to the governance of our community.
