Dear AHV Neighbors,
We would like to remind you of the regular garbage collection schedule in our village. These schedules are made to improve efficiency and ensure timely service for all households.
The regular collection schedule is designed to achieve the following:
- Collection frequency optimization
- Improved efficiency on waste collection and management
- Route rationalization, more consolidated collection to save on extra trips as well as fuel and labor costs
Regular Collection Schedule:
- MONDAY – Phase 3 (bago, baguio, basilan, dona annie, cadiz, cagayan de oro and bacolod from house no. 70 & up)
- TUESDAY – Phase 3 (angeles, cavite, cebu & bacolod from house no. 69 to lower portion)
- THURSDAY – Phase 1 (including la carlota, dona ines and legaspi house no. 5 to 7 dona mary)
- FRIDAY – Phase 2
- SATURDAY – don jesus & don manolo boulevards, pelota court & village parks
Reminders:
- Please place your bins outside your homes by 7am on your respective collection days. Late placing of bins may cause delays in the collection, thus residents must put them back inside their properties and will have to wait for the next collection schedule.
- Recyclable waste collection shall follow the same schedule applicable to each phase.
- Garbage must not be placed outside the property more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection time. Residents are reminded to keep their garbage bins within their property until the allowable 24-hour period prior to collection.
- A fine of ₱1,000.00 shall be imposed for bringing out or placing garbage outside the property more than 24 hours before the scheduled collection, or for bringing out garbage on unscheduled collection days or during non-collection times. Violations shall be subject to the applicable provisions of Board Resolution No. 2026-0801 and the Association’s established enforcement procedures.
We seek everyone’s cooperation in observing the garbage collection schedule and keeping our streets and common areas clean, sanitary, and orderly.
