TRAP-NEUTER-VACCINATE-RETURN (TNVR) PROGRAM FOR COMMUNITY CATS

Dear AHV Neighbors,

The Alabang Hills Village Association, Inc., in partnership with BIYAYA ANIMAL CARE, will conduct a free TNVR program for community cats on September 22, 2026.

Under this program, community cats will be humanely trapped, neutered, vaccinated against rabies, ear-notched for easy identification and returned to the same location where they were caught after a 3-day recovery period. The cost of the package is shouldered by AHVA.

Residents who are caring for outdoor feral or stray cats and wish to include them in the program are encouraged to notify the Animal Welfare Committee at ahvageneralservices@gmail.com or to contact Board Directors Jasmin and / or Evelyn prior to the schedule.

Please provide the following information:
-Location where the cat is usually found or fed
-Estimated number of cats to be included
-Name and contact details of the resident or caretaker

Inclusion of animals will be subject to health assessment and operational capacity.
