AHVA Bulletin No. 2026-0711
Dear AHV Neighbors,
Please be advised that the curve side of the following streets is designated as a NO PARKING ZONE:
- Bacolod Street
- Doña Ines Street
The side of the road with the curb painted red shall be the designated No Parking Zone.
In addition, the implementation of the One-Sided Parking Policy will also take effect. Residents and visitors are reminded to park only on the designated side of the street in accordance with the village’s one-sided parking guidelines. This policy is intended to maximize road access and improve traffic flow throughout the village.
These regulations are being enforced to:
- Promote the safety of motorists, pedestrians, and residents.
- Prevent accidents and traffic obstructions caused by vehicles parked along curves or on both sides of the road.
- Ensure the smooth and orderly flow of traffic throughout the village.
- Provide clear access for emergency and service vehicles at all times.
Effective August 1, 2026, any vehicle found parked in the designated No Parking Zones or in violation of the One-Sided Parking Policy will be subject to the corresponding penalties. Our roving guards will issue violation tickets to vehicles found in violation of these regulations.
