In accordance with our commitment to transparency and collective governance, the Board hereby calls for a Town Hall Meeting to deliberate on two important subjects:
1. Civil Case filed against the Association by the Manosa Farmstay, Inc. (MFI)
2. Amendment of the Association’s ByLaws
This meeting is convened to ensure transparency, collective understanding, and to provide all members with the opportunity to voice their concerns and opinions before any decisions and undertakings are finalized.

A. Required amendments by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) in accordance with the 2024 IRR of Republic Act No. 9904 also known as the Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners Association
B. Proposed Amendments
C. Schedule of the Referendum for the Approval of the Proposed Amendments
