Dear AHV Neighbors,
We are pleased to inform you that the Village Security Office has acquired a new cellphone number to further improve communication. This line is dedicated to urgent and emergency security-related concerns. The number is 0917-8767973.
To ensure seamless communication with the Village Security Office, we kindly request residents to register their contact numbers. Please fill-out the registration form attached to this bulletin and submit it to the Admin Office.
Upon submission, allow at least two (2) working days for us to encode your numbers and details into our system. This process will help us maintain accurate records and respond to your concerns more efficiently.
Please be advised that the Village Security Office will not acknowledge messages or entertain calls from unregistered numbers in our system. This policy is in place to ensure accurate identification for the safety of all residents.
Kindky note that the NEMTOS number will remain active and shall continue to be used for messages & notices on deliveries and other non- emergency matters via Viber.
