AHVA Bulletin No. 2024-1002
Dear AHV Neighbors,
We are pleased to inform you that the AHVA Security Committee and the Muntinlupa Traffic Management Bureau (MTMB) with the cooperation from San Beda College Alabang (SBCA) will be implementing the new traffic management scheme and measures effective Monday, October 7, 2024.
The updated traffic scheme was made possible thru the intervention of our good Mayor, Ruffy Biazon.
For your reference, kindly refer to the diagrams following this bulletin.
The new traffic scheme includes the enforcement of the NO AHVA Sticker / ID, NO Entry in the Alabang-Zapote gate (gate 3). Only vehicles with valid AHVA stickers and guests advised via NEMTOS are allowed in the said gate. On the other hand, vehicles without AHVA stickers, visitors & deliveries must pass thru the Don Jesus Blvd gate (gate 1) of the village.
The Board is optimistic that with the enforcement of the new traffic scheme, the smooth flow of vehicles in the village major thoroughfares, Don Manolo & Don Jesus Boulevards, will be in order for the safety and convenience of our residents.
Please note that the traffic management scheme is a work in progress wherein alterations may be accordingly applied due to varying factors affecting road use and social order.
