AHVA Bulletin No. 2026-0409
Dear AHV Neighbors,
We are pleased to announce that the new passing thru / non-resident vehicle stickers will be available starting April 27, 2026.
Please refer to the infographics following this bulletin regarding availability dates of other types of stickers as well as the expiration dates of the old 2025 stickers.
Following are the sticker fees:
1. RESIDENT (including all tenants)
A. Private Cars (all vehicles with 3 or more wheels, including vans, pick-ups, & SUVs)
P 300 per car for the first 3 cars
P 600 per car for the 4th car thru 6th car
P 1,200 per car for the 7th car thru 10th car
P 2,500 per car for the 11th & up **
B. Motorcycles or Bicycles
P 250 per motorcycle/bicycle
2. NON-RESIDENT
A. Private Cars (all vehicles with 3 or more wheels, including vans, pick-ups, & SUVs)
One-year sticker: P2,500 per car**
B. AHV-BF Residents (Discounted Fee-Reciprocity Arrangement)
-P2,000 per car for 5 cars / household
– personal use only ( business or commercial vehicles are not entitled to discount)
-no discount for applications beyond the deadline
B. Motorcycles or Bicycles – endorsed by a resident or the association of the village
P500 per motorcycle/bicycle
3. COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
A. With 4 wheels – P4,000 per vehicle
B. With 6+ wheels- P6,000 per vehicle
4. RESIDENCIA
A. Private Cars (all vehicles with 3 or more wheels, including vans, pick-ups, & SUVs)
P 300 per car for the first 2 cars
P 2,500 per car for the 3rd car & up
B. Motorcycles or Bicycles
P 500 per motorcycle/bicycle
5. ANLCC Members & San Beda College students, faculty, and campus workers
Special Pass-thru Sticker (all gates access)
One-year validity: P 2,500 per vehicle
Replacement Sticker Fees
For broken or damaged windshield:
a. Resident – P 150 per sticker
b. Non-Resident – P 300 per sticker
2. For new cars (transfer from old vehicle with valid sticker)
Resident / Non Resident – payment of full fee of sticker
