We are pleased to announce the implementation of the newly updated construction rules and regulations aimed at enhancing safety, efficiency and sustainability in all ongoing & future constructions, repairs & renovations in the village.
These new rules & regulations will ensure that construction practices align with the latest industry standards, government directives and applicable laws.
New Rules include:
- Improved Quality Control Measures to uphold construction integrity
- Stricter Safety Protocol to protect workers and the sorrounding community
- Enhanced Environmental Regulations to promote sustainable building practices
Effective immediately, all members, including contractors, developers & engineers are required to comply with these new rules & regulations.
Printed copies are available at the admin office for a minimum cost.
