Dear AHV Neighbors,

Please be advised that printed copies of the Watsons Vaccination Registration form will be available at the Admin Office starting Monday, July 6. Kindly look for Jenelyn to assist you in filling it up.

I will personally submit the information to the Watsons team. If you prefer to pay in cash, Jenelyn can also process that for you and issue a transmittal receipt as your proof of payment, which we will upload to the Watsons Google Form on your behalf.
