Dear AHV Neighbors,
It has come to our attention that many residents are using SMS (text) to send their NEMTOS messages to Security. We ask you please not to do this and to only use Viber. The cellphone signal in and around the Security office is not strong. Your messages may not be received in a timely manner by Security, if received at all. Likewise, if Security responds to your message via SMS or text because that is how you have sent your message, you may not receive their response in a timely manner, if at all. As per previously issued NEMTOS Usage Regulations, please use Viber only to send out your messages. And reminder, when your message gets a purple heart “LIKE” and you see two purple check marks on the bottom right corner of your message, it means that your message has been received and noted by Security and will be executed as per your request.
