Dear Fellow Members of the Association,
Have a HAPPY VALENTINE and a BLESSED ASH WEDNESDAY.
Your Election Committee has limited time to implement the Election of the Board of Directors for 2024-25. But just the same we are happy to report that we are working with dispatch.
Yesterday we have processed the Nominations of candidates and your Village Administration immediately worked double time to print the Secured Pre-numbered Official Ballots.
Please anticipate the delivery of your Official Ballot from today, Wednesday February 14, or tomorrow – Thursday February 15, or Friday February 16, 2024.
As soon as you receive your Official Ballot, please fill it up and cast it in the drop box at the Clubhouse or at the Administration Office this weekend (Saturday – February 17, or Sunday – February 18). This will help us to timely check if there is already a quorum for our Annual General Membership meeting the following weekend – February 25, 2024.
