Dear AHV Neighbors,
We are pleased to inform you that the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) will be conducting an onsite PhilHealth registration and KonSulTa (Konsultang Sulit at Tama) registration Program for our residents, senior citizens, household employees and village workers.
This activity, in partnership with the Seniors Club of AHV, aims to bring awareness & information to our villagers about the benefits of PhilHealth membership. Available services for this activity are as follows:
1. PhilHealth Registration
2. Issuance of PhilHealth IDs (pls bring your own 1×1 photo)
3. KonSulTa Registration
4. Health Profiling (in collaboration with the City Health Office)
The onsite registration is on Saturday, August 12, from 9:00am to 3:00pm at the Multi-Purpose Pavilion. Queuing will be on a first-come, first-serve basis as per PhilHealth procedures.
