Dear AHV Neighbors,
We would like to inform you that the Association, through the Procurement & Bids Committee (AHVA PBC), has started preparations to commence the Bidding Process for our Village Security Agency Services Contract.
The AHV Board of Directors expresses its appreciation to the following residents who have volunteered their time and talent by agreeing to be part of the AHVA PBC:

2. Ms. Rita Dueñas
3. Atty. Jackie Laurel
4. Mr. Patrick Parungao
5. Mr. Anthony Robles
Adm. Rommel Galang, the AHV Board Member who heads the Security Committee, is the Project Proponent for this bidding exercise, while Eleanor Hilado, as Treasurer and Head of the Finance Committee, is the Chairperson of the AHV PBC.
AHV Members/Residents in the security agency business who may be interested to bid may obtain the bid package from the AHV Administration Office. Bid Packages will be available for purchase up to Saturday, July 9, 2022. For any inquiries on the foregoing, kindly see our Village Manager, Ms Lanie Rosas. Admin Office hours are from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and 8am-12nn, Saturday.
