Available to members in good standing or up-to-date with their payment on association dues.
For Residencia residents, applications must be endorsed by Residencia Alabang Association.

STEP 3:
Take note of our sticker fees and method of payment
Homeowner/Lot owner & Tenant:
(All vehicles with 3 or more wheels, including vans, pick-ups, & SUVs)
- P 300 per car for the first 3 cars
- P 600 per car for the 4th car thru 6th car
- P 1,200 per car for the 7th car thru 10th car
- P 2,500 per car for the 11th car & up
For Residencia:
- P 300 per car for the first 2 cars
- P 2,500 per car for 3rd car & up
Replacement sticker:
(For broken or damaged windshield)
- Resident - P 150 per sticker
- For new cars (transfer from old vehicle with valid sticker)
- Payment of full fee of sticker
Method of payment:
- Cash on your booking day
STEP 4:
Book your appointment
Owners of multiple vehicles need only to book one (1) appointment for all your vehicles. If, however, you have more vehicles than we can process in 15 minutes, we will work with you during your appointment to set up additional appointment days and times for your other vehicles.
