Dear AHV Neighbors,
We would like to inform everyone that personnel from the City Treasurer’s Office will be accepting Real Estate Property Tax payments on November 21, (Saturday) from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the AHV Social Hall. Please note that this special arrangement is exclusive to AHV residents.
Please be reminded that the 10% discount for early & full payment of the real estate tax is only until January 15 of every year.
To facilitate smooth processing, kindly bring a photocopy of either of the following:
- Tax Declaration
- Previous Year’s Tax Payment Receipt
For check payments, please make check/s payable to CITY TREASURER of MUNTINLUPA. Both personal and corporate checks are accepted.
Please wait for our next bulletin regarding the queuing system to ensure an orderly payment process. A special lane will also be provided for seniors, pregnant women, and persons with disability.
