Dear AHV Neighbors,
As you may know, the elections for the Board of Directors for the 2026-2028 term will culminate at the annual members meeting on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at the Multi-Purpose Pavilion of the Associations Clubhouse ( the Meeting). The meeting will start at 3:00pm.
To vote for the candidate or candidates of your choice, attached is a numbered Ballot with a Name Stub and a Ballot Stub for your exclusive use.
In the Ballot Stub, please tick or mark the box adjacent to the name of your choice of candidate (s). Please tick or mark seven (7) boxes or less.
Thereafter, please cast your vote by submitting the ticked/marked Ballot Stub and the Name Stub at the Ballot collection table set up by the Association at the administration office. Schedule as follows:
Monday to Sunday
7:00am to 7:00pm
Voting Period: 18th January to 8th of February, 2026
The ticked/marked Ballot Stub will be dropped into the box for Ballot Stubs, and the Name Stub will be dropped into the box for the Name Stubs.
For those who were not able to join the Town Hall Meeting – Meet & Greet your Candidates, kindly refer to the biographies of the candidates following this bulletin or visit our website & fb page. Hardcopies are also available at the admin office upon request.
We urge you to vote for the Directors of your choice, and attend the Meeting in person, or by the proxy.
