AHVA Bulletin No. 2026-0104
Dear AHV Neighbors,
We would like to inform you that the AHVA Administration Office will be accepting BF Federation Vehicle Sticker applications starting January 19, Monday until February 20, Friday, from 9:00am to 3:00pm. No processing of applications on Saturdays.
Due to there being a new sticker processing system being implemented by the BF Federation, the Association will accept two (2) types of applications, as follows:
- Applications with SRS (Sticker Request Scheduler).
*This is for those who have already applied online and are just waiting for the date of their payment & claiming of stickers.
For the information of everyone, following are the procedures on how to apply online:
a. Click on the link found on the BFF website; (or kindly refer to the link found at the bottom of this bulletin)
b. Fill-up the Information Box;
c. Attach/upload the required documents such as copy of valid ID, copy of OR/ CR, etc.;
d. Wait for approval and a SRS reference number that will be sent to you via email;
e. Send the SRS and other necessary documents to the AHVA Administration Office;
f. Pay the sticker fees at the Administration Office.
- Applications for online appointments. This is for those who haven’t yet applied online, and especially for those who may not be accustomed to, or comfortable with, making online transactions. Come and apply at the Admin Office and there will be a Help Desk to assist you with your online applications.
AHVA staff will compile applications received for the week, pay for the stickers, and will claim the same on behalf of the residents. Please wait for at least seven (7) days for the release of your stickers.
The discounted BF Vehicle Sticker fee for AHV residents is P2,000.00 each vehicle for the first five (5) vehicles per household. The P500.00 discount is applicable until the 20th of February, 2026 only.
The AHVA Admin fee is P200.00 per vehicle. This is to help defray the expenses of the Association in hiring extra staff for the sticker processing.
All applicants must secure the AHVA Certification as this serves as the Association’s endorsement to BF Federation. One certificate per household is P100.00.
It is important to note that the Association will only accept and process applications of residents / members with the following conditions:
- Vehicle being applied for bears an updated ahva vehicle sticker;
- Resident is up to date with payments on association dues & water bills
- No outstanding traffic violation/s.
