Dear AHV Neighbors,
It’s Halloween in Alabang Hills! Please join us for this much awaited, fun-filled celebration!
HOUSE DECORATION CONTEST
Residents are encouraged to participate in the House Decoration Contest. Cash prizes will be given away to the winners. Judging will run from October 28 to October 30, 2025.
Mechanics of the contest are as follows :
- Decorate the exterior of your houses or your gates with any Halloween theme.
- The most creatively decorated homes will win prizes: 1st prize – P7,000.00; 2nd prize – P5,000.00; 3rd prize – P3,000.00.
Winning entries of the house decoration contest will be announced via an AHVA Bulletin posted to the Alabang Hills Community Viber group.
TRICK-OR-TREAT ACTIVITY
When: Friday, October 31, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Who: For AHV residents and relatives, as well as AHV household helpers and their children, only.
How:
- Participants must register for this activity at the Admin Office. Registration will commence on October 22 and will continue up to October 27, 5:00 PM. Please register early to avoid Admin Office crowding at deadline. The Admin Office is open Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 1:00-5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN.
We would like to inform everyone that the Association will be issuing limited number of passes this year, for more orderly and manageable trick-or-treating activity. Registration beyond the October 27 deadline will no longer be accommodated. We request your cooperation and understanding on this.
- Trick-or-Treat passes are free for the first 5 registrants per household. Succeeding passes are P100.00 each.
Parents and guardians accompanying the children are required to register & wear the passes while trick-or-treating with the children.
- All registrants will be issued a Trick-or-Treat Pass on October 31. Passes will be issued at the Admin Office.
For Residents – passes will be issued from 10:00am to 1:00pm.
For Non-Residents – passes will be issued from 2:30pm to 4:00pm.
- NO TRICK-OR-TREAT PASS, NO TRICK-OR-TREATING. Trick-or-Treaters without a pass will be asked by Security to stop and return home.
- TRICK-OR-TREAT PARTICIPANTS SHOULD WEAR A COSTUME.
- Trick-or-Treating before the designated 3:00 PM start time will not be allowed. Trick-or-Treaters who start before 3:00 PM will be asked by Security to stop and resume no earlier than 3:00 PM.
- Trick-or-Treating via cars is not allowed.
Again, reminder, the deadline to register for the Trick-or-Treat Activity is the 27th of October at 5:00 PM.
