AHVA Bulletin No. 2024-1102
Dear AHV Neighbors,
The City of Muntinlupa, through the kindness and generosity of Mayor Ruffy Biazon, is giving away Food Gift Boxes (“Pamaskong Handog”) to all families in the city.
These Food Boxes will be available for pick up at the Multi-Purpose Pavilion (mpp) on Thursday, November 14, from 8:30am to 12:00noon & 1:00pm to 5:00pm only.
Procedure on Claiming:
1. Proceed to the venue (mpp)
2. Get your queuing number from the entrance
3. Take a seat & wait for your number to be called. Please ensure that you brought your filled-out Household Data Profile sheet.
4. Once your number is called, submit to the ahva admin table the completely filled-out Household Data Profile sheet & get your stub
5. Present your stub to the Muntinlupa City table to claim your food boxes.
We request that we maintain patience and understanding as we expect a long line of claimants.
For faster claiming of your stubs, we encourage residents to fill-out in advance the Household Data Profile sheet (1. found at the bottom of this bulletin which you may download or 2. get your hard copy from the admin office) and bring it to the venue on Thursday.
Kindly note that this is a 1 HOUSEHOLD, 1 FOOD BOX policy.
As per the City’s directive, these Food Boxes will only be released to those who would be willing to submit their Household Data Profile. Please refer to the attached form following this bulletin.
