AHV Members / Residents who may be interested to bid must submit the following documentary requirements to the Administration Office on or before Monday, April 29, 5:00pm:
1. Company Profile
2. SEC / DTI Registration
3. Business Permit
4. Audited Financial Statements for the last three (3) years
