Dear AHV Neighbors,
Pursuant to AHVA Bulletin No. 2024-0201, we would like to inform you that the AHVA Administration Office will be accepting BF Federation Vehicle Sticker applications starting tomorrow, February 22 until March 22, 2024, Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
Due to there being a new sticker processing system being implemented by the BF Federation, the Association will accept two (2) types of applications, as follows:
1. Applications with SRS (Sticker Request Scheduler). bffhai2.znergee.com
This is for those who have already applied online and are just waiting for the date of their payment & claiming of stickers.
For the information of everyone, following are the procedures on how to apply online:
a. Click on the link found on the BFF website;
b. Fill-up the Information Box;
c. Attach/upload the required documents such as copy of valid ID, copy of OR/ CR, etc.;
d. Wait for approval and a SRS reference number that will be sent to you via email;
e. Send the SRS and other necessary documents to the AHVA Administration Office;
f. Pay the sticker fees at the Administration Office.
2. Applications for online appointments. This is for those who haven’t yet applied online, and especially for those who may not be accustomed to, or comfortable with, making online transactions. Come and apply at the Admin Office and there will be a Help Desk to assist you with your online applications.
AHVA staff will compile applications received for the week, pay for the stickers, and will claim the same on behalf of the residents. Please wait for at least seven (7) days for the release of your stickers.
The discounted BF Vehicle Sticker fee for AHV residents is P2,000.00 each vehicle for the first two (2) vehicles.
The AHVA Admin fee is P100 per vehicle. As in prior years, this is to defray Association expenses in hiring extra staff for the sticker processing.
