Dear AHV Neighbors,
In compliance with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development ( DHSUD), the Association hereby submits, for the information and consideration of all members, the Proposed Amendments to the Association’s Bylaws.
This submission is made pursuant to the 2024 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9904, otherwise known as the Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners Associations, issued by DHSUD on November 8, 2024, through Department Circular No. 2024-018.
The AHVA Bylaws Committee, in accordance with the said Revised IRR, has meticulously drafted the amendments with the objectives of strengthening governance, enhancing transparency, and ensuring that the Association continues to serve the best interests of its members.
The proposed amendments have been duly endorsed by the Board of Directors for approval by the general membership thru a Referendum.
DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS: Copies of the proposed amendments, together with the ballots for the Referendum, shall be distributed to all members.
VOTING PERIOD:
Members are requested to review the proposed amendments, accomplish the ballots, and drop them at the Administration Office between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Sunday, on or before September 30, 2026.
Your active involvement is vital to ensuring that the governance of our Association reflects the collective will of the members and in shaping the future direction of our village. All members are strongly encouraged to participate in this important process.
