Dear Fellow Residents,
Thank you to everyone who has already submitted their proxies.
We are very close to reaching the required number. We only need 60 more proxies to proceed with the AGM and the voting for the new board.
Reaching this number will allow us to move forward with the meeting and continue the projects planned for our village. Until then, our ability to proceed is limited.
For those who have not yet submitted their proxy, may we kindly ask just 5 minutes of your time to fill out the attached form. Once completed, you can simply send a photo or copy via Viber to any board member you know—there is no need to submit the original copy at this time.
