Dear AHV Neighbors,
We would like to inform everyone that personnel from the City Treasurer’s Office will be accepting Real Estate Property Tax payments on December 20 (Saturday) from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Multi-Purpose Pavilion. Please note that this special arrangement is exclusive to AHV residents.
Please be reminded that the 10% discount for early payment is available until January 15.
To facilitate smooth processing, kindly bring a photocopy of either of the following:
1. Tax Declaration
2. Previous Year’s Tax Payment Receipt
For check payments, please make checks payable to City Treasurer of Muntinlupa. Both personal and corporate checks will be accepted.
Please wait for our next bulletin regarding the queuing system to ensure an orderly payment process. A special lane will also be provided for seniors, pregnant women, and persons with disability.
