Dear AHV Neighbors,
We would like to inform you that the Association, through the Procurement & Bids Committee (AHVA PBC), has started preparations to commence the Bidding Process for our Village Security Agency Services Contract.
Mr. Jesus Romero- Salas, the AHV Vice-President, who heads the Security Committee, is the Project Proponent for this bidding exercise, while Macring Aurellado, as Treasurer and Head of the Finance Committee, is the Chairperson of the AHV PBC. Names of the PBC members will be published soon.
AHV Members/Residents in the security agency business who may be interested to bid may obtain the bid package from the AHV Administration Office. Bid Packages will be available for purchase starting today, Monday, January 6 until Friday, January 10, 2025. For any inquiries on the foregoing, kindly see our Village General Manager, Ms Lanie Rosas. Admin Office hours are from 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, and 8am-12nn, Saturday.
