Dear AHV Neighbors,
We are pleased to inform you that the Social Security System (SSS) will be conducting on-site registration program for our residents, household employees and village workers.
Available services from SSS
for this activity are as follows:
1. Online Registration
2. Issuance of SSS Number
3. Receiving of manual R-3 of household employees
4. Public Assistance
5. Issuance of various SSS forms
The SSS service on wheels will be held on November 14, Thursday at the Multi-Purpose Pavilion, from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Queuing will be on a first-come, first-serve basis as per SSS procedures.
