Dear AHV Neighbors,
To enhance the efficiency of our recently launched Non-Emergency Messaging to Security service, otherwise known as NEMTOS, the acknowledgement that your message has been received and noted by Security is changing from the message “This is noted” to the mere appearance of the two (2) purple check marks one always sees when a Viber message has been read, and, a purple heart LIKE (💜) right next to your message.
This change is effective immediately.
Importantly, please be reminded that you need to register your mobile phone(s) BEFORE you begin to use the NEMTOS service. This is for security reasons. For your convenience, the Registration Form is once more provided below.
