Dear AHV Neighbors,
It is with great pleasure that we announce that one of our very own AHVA neighbors, Lieutenant General Roy Galido, was recently appointed to the position of Commanding General of the Philippine Army by President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr.
Prior to his appointment, Lt. Gen. Galido was Chief of the Western Mindanao Command.
Lt. Gen. Galido is now the 66th commanding general of the Philippine Army and he succeeds General Romeo Brawner, who is now the 60th Chief-of-Staff of the Philippine Armed Forces.
Lt. Gen. Galido is a member of the AHVA Security & Safety Committee.
