Dear AHV Neighbors,
The AHVA Christmas Fund Drive collection deadline is extended to December 9, 5:00 PM. We are making this extension as the original collection deadline of December 8 has been declared a national non-working holiday and thus the AHVA Admin Office will be closed that day.
We appeal to you to please donate to the drive. We ask that we make our dedicated and hardworking employees and service providers feel our gratitude for their tireless efforts in making our Village a better place to live in, and for their prompt response to our concerns this past year.
Kindly send your donations, whether monetary or in kind, on or before the extended deadline of December 9, 5:00pm. Please bring check/cash donations to the AHVA Admin Office. For check donations, please make checks payable to Alabang Hills Village Association, Inc. Official Receipts (OR) will be issued for all cash/check donations. Acknowledgement receipts will be issued for all in-kind donations.
To receive your donations, the office will be open as per regular hours from 8:00am to 12:00nn & 1:00pm to 5:00pm today, Wednesday, and on Friday, deadline day.
