AHVA SIGNS MOU WITH NEW TENNIS MANAGEMENT GROUP
AHVA Bulletin No. 2023-0307
Dear AHV Neighbors,
We would like to inform you that the Association has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Our Village Tennis Court, Inc (OVTCI) on the management of the village tennis court located in Phase 3 park. OVTCI is a SEC-incorporated entity composed of tennis enthusiasts from among Alabang Hills Village residents as well as non-residents .
Due to the high costs of operating and maintaining the tennis court and its related facilities, the Board deemed it in the best interest of the Association to delegate to OVTCI the management, operations, and maintenance of these facilities for the next two (2) years.
Effective this month, upon completion of the court resurfacing, OVTCI will take over the usage reservations, operation, and maintenance of the tennis court.

WATER WORKS AND SERVICE INTERRUPTION TO CONTINUE IN PHASE 3
AHVA Bulletin No. 2023-0306
Dear AHV Neighbors,
We regret to inform you that the waterworks issue on a section of Doña Annie Street that we alerted you to yesterday (AHVA Bulletin No. 2023-0304) was found to be more complicated and difficult to resolve than originally anticipated. While the crew worked on resolving the problem from 10:00 PM last night to 4:15 AM this morning, it was found that the repair could not be completed without need for additional supplies, equipment, and crew time.
The work will resume tomorrow, Saturday, starting at 10:00 PM. We are targeting to get the job completed by Sunday 6:00 AM. Consequently, Phase 3 water supply will again be interrupted during the repair hours.
We apologize to all Phase 3 residents for the inconvenience this will cause you.
Thank you.
