AHVA Bulletin No. 2023-0406

Dear AHV Neighbors,

We are pleased to inform you that we will have Barangay Cupang ID Issuance and National ID Registration this Saturday, April 22, from 9AM to 4PM in the Multi-Purpose Pavilion.

A. Open to all AHV members, residents, tenants, household staff & village workers.

B. Requirements
1. Presentation of any valid government-issued ID (driver’s license, postal ID, voter’s ID & seniors ID) bearing address located in Barangay Cupang.


2. If AHVA resident has already been staying in AHV for more than six months, a Certification of Residency from the AHVA Administration Office (certificates will be issued in advance).

A. Open to all AHV members, residents, tenants, household staff & village workers.

Foreigners and Permanent Residents are NOT ELIGIBLE yet to apply for a National ID.

B. Requirements
1. Completely filled-out National ID Registration Form

2. Presentation of any valid government-issued ID
2.1. For registrants 5 to 17 yrs old
-PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate (original copy) or
-School ID showing date of birth & address of the cardholder

2.2. For registrants 18 yrs old & above
-Any valid government-issued ID

Forms are available at the Administration office.

National ID cards will be delivered to the registrant’s home address via registered mail.

For those who are already registered but have yet to receive their National ID cards, the PSA will have 2 dedicated booths to print out paper copies of National IDs. Requirement: bring your Transaction Reference Number slip.

For those interested in availing of the above services, we request you to register your names with the Administration Office. Kindly indicate if you will:
a) apply for Barangay ID only;
b) apply for National ID only:
c). apply for both Barangay ID and National ID;
d). have your National ID printed out on paper.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS THURSDAY, APRIL 20, AT 5PM since Friday, April 21 is declared as Non-Working Holiday throughout the country in celebration of Eid al-Fitr.

Please be informed as well that the Association will have 2 tables for:
1. Lamination of paper copies of National IDs, and
2. Drop box for proxy forms for those who will not be able to attend the April 23 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
