Dear AHV Neighbors,
We would like to inform you that we will be opening registration for the February 11 Real Estate Tax Payment Processing tomorrow, the 21st of January. Registration will run until the 31st of January, 2023 Registration times will be Mondays to Fridays 8:00am to 5:00pm and on Saturdays, from 8:00am to 12:00noon.
This registration process will assist the Administration Office in determining the number of AHV residents who will be proceeding to the Multi-Purpose Pavilion to pay for their real estate taxes on February 11, 2023. This will also help the City Hall personnel to make the necessary adjustments with regards number of staff & computers that they will need deploy to our village in order to make payment processing faster, more organized, and more efficient. If necessary, we will request for an additional schedule to accommodate more registrants.
To register, kindly look for Lei at the Administration Office at tel. nos. 8850-9631 or 8850-8254 local 106. Please indicate if the one who will pay is a Senior Citizen.
As soon as we have the estimated number of registrants determined, we will issue another bulletin on the procedure & queuing system that we will implement for the February 11 schedule in coordination with the City Treasurer’s office.
