Dear AHV Community Members,

We would like to inform you that the previously Jan 8 schedule for the processing & acceptance of Real Estate Tax Payments in our village is moved to Saturday, February 12, from 9:00am to 11:00am (morning batch) & 1:00pm to 2:00pm (afternoon batch) at the Multi Purpose Pavilion. Please take note that this arrangement is exclusive for AHV residents.

The morning & afternoon schedule will enable the City Personnel to have their lunch break and also for the Association to have enough time in sanitizing the venue in between the 2 batches of processing for the day.

Since we are under Level 3, please note that the Association will limit the number of residents inside the Multi-Purpose Pavilion at a given time thru issuance of number stubs, on a first come, first serve basis.

To easily process payments, kindly bring photocopies of either of the following:
1. Tax declaration
2. Previous year’s tax payment receipt

For check payments, please make check payable to City Treasurer of Muntinlupa (personal or corporate checks are accepted).

The City Mayor, Honorable Jaime R. Fresnedi & City Administrator, Engr. Allan Cachuela, request for the villagers to strictly observe health protocols while inside the venue such as wearing of face mask & social distancing.

Further, each villager shall be subject to temperature scanning & must fill out health declaration forms upon entry to the Multi- Purpose Pavilion.

The Association will deploy security guards & marshals to enforce as well as ensure that all safety protocols are complied with.

This arrangement is a special accommodation granted to us by the City amid the pandemic, thus, we ask for everyone’s cooperation.
