Dear AHVA Community,
We have received several concerns regarding food and grocery orders being held at the gates while the guards call and verify each delivery with the resident.
To help expedite the processing of riders, a dedicated entrance lane for food and grocery deliveries separate from regular Lalamove or Shopee riders will be implemented starting Monday, November 8.
Residents are also requested to call the AHVA Security Office at 8842-2293 / 8850-9046 / 8850-8254 locals 110 and 111, when expecting food or other delivery items to help eliminate the need for the guard to call the residents and cut waiting time at the gates.
