POSTPONEMENT OF THE AMM
Dear AHV Community Members,
This is to inform you that in order to comply with the two-week notice requirement from the time the required meeting materials are sent to the membership body, provided in Section 2, Article IV of the by-laws of the Association, and to afford all members more time to qualify for and submit proxies and voting forms, the Board has resolved to postpone the Annual Membership Meeting to SUNDAY, MARCH 21, 2021.
The Intent to Participate online shall be submitted on March 14, 2021. We shall be accepting via email or paper submissions of intents to participate online until March 14, 2021.
Quorum for the meeting shall be announced on March 17, 2021 by the AMM Administration Committee, determined from Membership in Good Standing as of March 7, 2021. Canvassing for the determination of quorum for the meeting, as announced by said Committee shall be held on likewise on March 17, 2021.
