Caritas Manila Donation Drive
Dear AHV Community Members,
We would like to inform you that the Association, in collaboration with the AHV Seniors Club, will be accepting in-kind donations on behalf of Caritas Manila.
Caritas Manila has recently launched its donation drive entitled “Caritas Segunda Mana Donations In-Kind Program”. This is to assist poor families and children that were greatly affected by the pandemic.
We can donate items such as clothing, bags, footwear, furniture and appliances which we do not use anymore but can still be very useful to others in need.
We can put our donations of small items in the SEGI box provided by Caritas in the backroom of the Clubhouse behind the Security Office. Or, pack in a plastic bag and leave at the designated area.
For large item donations, such as big appliances, beds or other furniture, etc., you may directly coordinate pick-up arrangements with Caritas Personnel. You may call Ms. Lady Polancos or Ms. Marianne Mesias at telephone numbers, 8243-7122 or 8562-0220 local 141. Then, please inform the Security Office and Jenelyn at Admin office about your list of donations & pick-up arrangement with Caritas.
Let us generously share and give outpouring support to this worthy cause.
